Athabasca Chipewyan Empire Industrial Services Ltd. (operating as ACE Industrial Services) is an aboriginal controlled partnership between the ACFN Business Group and Empire Industries Ltd. ACE provides engineering, detailing, steel and pipe fabrication, installation and maintenance services for the Wood Buffalo region and extensive oil sands industry.
Our name ACE reflects our ownership partners:
- Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation (ACFN) Business Group (51%) are pioneers of a new industrial stewardship, creating majority-owned companies engaged in industrial energy services. ACFN Business Group employs 700 people. For more information please visit their website at www.acfnbusinessgroup.com.
- Empire Industries Ltd. (49%) is a Canadian leader in steel across several disciplines; complex mechanical and structural engineering, fabrication, erection and machining.
